By downloading or using Canadian Citizenship Exam Prep ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

The App is an educational study tool designed to help users prepare for the Canadian Citizenship Test. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. No Government Affiliation

This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the Government of Canada. The App is an independent study aid created by Xiaola Ventures.

3. Content Accuracy

The App's content is based on the official "Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship" study guide and publicly available information. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Political information (such as premiers, lieutenant governors, and party affiliations) may change. We update content periodically but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

The App is a study aid only — it does not guarantee that you will pass the Canadian Citizenship Test.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium content. By making a purchase:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The purchase is non-consumable — you pay once and keep access permanently.
• You can restore your purchase on any device signed into the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple, not to us.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content in the App — including questions, explanations, chapter summaries, and translations — is owned by Xiaola Ventures. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without written permission.

The "Discover Canada" study guide is published by the Government of Canada and is available free of charge. Our content is based on but not copied from this guide.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any errors or inaccuracies in the content
• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App
• Failure to pass the Canadian Citizenship Test after using the App
• Any loss of data stored on your device

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute or resell the App or its content
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

8. Termination

We reserve the right to remove the App from the App Store at any time. Your license to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
